Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Damaged or defective items — contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos via WhatsApp.
- Non-returnable items: Sale items, earrings (for hygiene reasons).
How to return: Contact us on Email with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
